Some of those tools you use all the time. Yeah, they’ve been hitting the gym. Like, these four real estate ones just leveled up big time. If you are not keeping an eye on them, you are probably wasting money and hours you could save.
I go over PropStream, Showami, Agent Legend, and Claude in this one. What is new with each, which parts really deliver, and the spots where I was kind of surprised, you know. One even turned Excel into something useful again.
Here is the breakdown, no fancy jargon or anything:
PropStream turned into this all-in-one thing for agents now. It handles so much, like a tool that does everything you need without switching apps all day.
Showami works like Uber but for house showings. Less of that weird chit-chat too, which makes it smoother for everyone involved.
Agent Legend's AI helpers got a real makeover. Lily and Hazel, they are pretty intense these days, handling tasks you did not think they could.
Claude has this update where it builds a full presentation for you. Basically, you can chill or sleep, and it gets done.
