If your CRM is looking like a ghost town, this is for you. Real estate doesn't have to be convoluted. It's just talks. The 5-20-1-1-1 rhythm is an easy way to bring your contacts back to life without being a spam bot.
You begin by identifying 5 people you actually know. Then categorize 20 contacts into groups (such as, "we chat all the time" or "haven't seen this person since 2019"). Then it's one DM, one comment, one text per day. That's it.
No spreadsheets. No 40-step funnel. Something you can do in your coffee break that actually forms true connections again.
Most agents fall off because they're attempting to do too much. This rhythm provides you with a means of remaining consistent and showing up for people in a way that doesn't feel awkward. No scripts, just genuine convos.
